I used to be with Epic Medical Solutions for many years before they became Aveanna and overall had few issues. Ever since the change, it has been one issue after another. They do not communicate - not with me and not with each other. Every time I call about something, no one knows what’s going on. I’ve had situations where they tried to tell me that I did not call about something bc it wasn’t in their case notes.
