PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HEALTHCARE COMPANY. The Dallas office has been looking for my grandchild a weekend nurse for over 5 years, also when the nurse calls in they do not call to tell you, so you can call your job to keep from getting terminated. If you can, please stay clear of this company.

I have a disabled daughter with SMA type 1 and been with PSA now knows as Aveanna for over 5 years. They have been unable to provide coverage for majority of time with them. Do not get them unless you want to have no coverage. They promise a lot but do nothing. I’ll be switching as soon as I get time off of work to be able to do so. I almost lost my job multiple times because they don’t let you know about no nurse until it’s time for them to be there or not tell you at all.
Horrible company. Extremely unorganized and still owes me money for hours worked!
