I met Byron when he was catering a friend's wedding. Aside from being hilarious, this man can COOK! I I hired him to cater a party after and it was delicious! He's easy to work with, flexible, and gives great options for staying in budget.
We had Ave W cater for our wedding this year. We told chef Byron our vision of something kind of elevated home style and he made it happen! He had the perfectly cooked steaks and seasoned chicken we wanted coming in hot off the grill right as it was time to eat. We also had a ton of delicious sides; including a few of Byrons own nice additions like greens, veggies, rice, a pasta dish for our vegetarians, and my favorite, the Mac and cheese!
