Ave is the best apartment community I have lived in. The soundproofing is excellent, the cleaners are friendly and constantly cleaning the amenities. The staff is friendly. Move out was super easy and low cost. They give you gorgeous flower bouquets a few times a year (and more, that’s just my favorite perk). I’m honestly sad to go, but SF is calling my name! Thanks again Aveyou made living in Santa Clara a breeze!

I've had a wonderful experience living at AVE Santa Clara! I recently had an issue with my AC, and I want to give a special shoutout to Ray from the maintenance team. He responded quickly to my request and had the AC repaired in no time, all while being professional, friendly, and efficient. It's clear he knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's this kind of responsive, high-quality service that makes living here so much easier. I rarely leave reviews, but Mohammad, our front desk/security team member at AVE, deserves one. I’ve lived here for a year and a half, and in that time he’s become so much more than “the security/front desk guy” at night— he genuinely feels like family. Whether it’s 5 AM and he’s helping my fiancée and I load our bags into an Uber for an early flight, or it’s just a regular evening and he’s the warm, familiar face greeting us as we walk in, Mohammad brings the same level of care and warmth every single time.
