I’ve had a great experience living here and especially appreciate how accommodating the team has been with my scheduling needs. I have some special constraints around maintenance timing, and they have consistently been understanding and flexible. Katelyn has been very helpful with communication and submitting tickets promptly, and Kyle and Ray have done an excellent job coordinating schedules and completing the repairs efficiently. Update 4/2026: our storage unit inside the secure garage was broken into. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern or empathy from the office staff. It was like we were bothering them when reporting it. We weren’t even notified about the break-in: we noticed it ourselves about a week after the incident, so apparently no one was watching the cameras nor doing security checks the entire time.
