This apartment community offers modern, well-maintained units with top-tier finishes and impressive amenities, including a two-story gym and co-working spaces. The responsive and professional staff, who are consistently helpful with requests and maintenance issues, the convenient app-based access and temperature controls, along with secure parking and package services are other important elements.

I’ve had a great experience living at AVE. In my 10+ years of living in the US, this is truly the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The gym is top-notch, the staff is always friendly and ready to help, and the weekly community events are banging like a biscuit. The building is consistently clean, maintenance is always on top of things, and the amenities are excellent. One thing that really stands out is how well-staffed the community is. I had an excellent experience with the apartment maintenance team. Ray came to fix the dishwasher and handled the repair quickly and professionally. Great communication and highly efficient service from Ray.
