Now that I have lived at AVE Terra for almost a year now, I feel that I can write an honest review regarding my overall experience here. And I’ll start off by saying I have renewed my lease for 18 months. I toured many apartment buildings in downtown Phoenix, Biltmore, Uptown and AVE Terra was by far the most impressive building I toured in all aspects. I have done a lot of research touring apartments in Downtown, and had some not so great experiences. When I toured AVE Terra, I thought it had amazing amentities, spacious and modern units among other great things. As a student, it was a bit out of my range, but after keeping my eye on a unit, I was able to get it at an amazing rate. Ave Terra was, by far, the best experience we've had when renting an apartment. The leasing office, maintenance team, and cleaning staff were all exceptional. They are consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. Maddie was especially helpful, always taking the time to answer our questions with kindness and care. If we hadn't relocated out of state, we would have absolutely renewed our lease and stayed at this property.
Updated review: Hate to have to lower my score, but ever since a new management company took over, things have been going downhill by the day. 1 parking changed drastically went from a pretty open lot that could be used for anyone to a fully paid parking experience that is absurdly priced for tenants even with the tiny discount we get. 2 recently my bike was stolen out of the locked bike lock up nothing was communicated to the residents letting them know this happened I had to find out when I went for a ride and no bike.
