I stayed in a furnished apartment at AVE Malvern for the month of August, 2022. The apartment was nice enough - comfortable bed, laundry facilities and decent kitchen --- BUT any pleasure in that was destroyed by the tenant in the apartment below mine, who smoked the entire time I was there. The smoke came right up to and into my apartment unless I had it closed up. I told management me the first day I was there --- and again -- but it never stopped.
