My family was displaced by a fire late last year. We needed to lease somewhere that was flexible timing wise and furnished. 5 Cottage was ideal. The apartments are lovely with floor to closing windows, the amenities are amazing, and the staff fantastic. Our stay there for 10 weeks made our situation far more bearable. Highly recommend! I recently moved into AVE Hamilton Green and my experience so far has been fantastic. The building itself is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are truly impressive. Everything feels modern, well maintained, and high quality. What has stood out the most, though, is the staff and the attention to detail. After 31 years of living in a home in White Plains, we decided to downsize, and now happily reside at 5 Cottage Place. Please know, however, that we've only been here a few weeks. While pricey, the offerings are pretty good, including the front desk, leasing & building staff, all of whom are top notch. We have a large 2-bedroom, high enough up to see wonderful sunrises and sunsets, as well as Manhattan in the offing. My family and I were displaced from our home due to a chimney fire and we decided to rent at AVE Hamilton while fixing our house. They offer some furnished units, which we needed due to the loss of our furniture. It has been a great experience.
