I stayed in a furnished apartment at AVE Malvern for the month of August, 2022. The apartment was nice enough - comfortable bed, laundry facilities and decent kitchen --- BUT any pleasure in that was destroyed by the tenant in the apartment below mine, who smoked the entire time I was there. The smoke came right up to and into my apartment unless I had it closed up. I told management me the first day I was there --- and again -- but it never stopped. I recently moved here to Ave Clifton and I love it. Everyone here is very pleasant and extremely professional - Everyone is like family - from Management, Guest Services, maintenance and housekeeping everyone is so friendly. Living at Ave Union is like living in a hotel. The amenities are amazing. I am excited for the summer so that I can take advantage of the pool and the sundeck.
