I moved Ave in December of 2024 and I have enjoyed living here. The primary reason I moved here was the simulator the ability to play and practice golf indoor. Unfortunately the platform golf now is not reliable. We've had a tracking problem for the last month which has been reported by every single player who gets on the simulator and for some reason they can't seem to get it fixed. A friend of mines lives here. This apartment complex is Awesome everything about it is top tier.
We moved to the AVE in Blue Bell over 18 months ago and our living experience has been wonderful. Of course, like any multi family living there were a handful of hiccups but too small to mention. We stayed at the AVE from May- August of 2025. Without question it was the most enjoyable summer we have ever experienced. The facilities and accommodations are first class and the staff is terrific. From Sharaz and Julie at the front desk to Nicole and Tonia in the offices, the staff members made us always feel welcomed. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant.
