Immediately responded to a furnace motherboard shutdown. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable about Carrier furnaces. Called Carrier tech line, and actually knew the person at Carrier. Came up with an ingenious temporary solution while waiting for new motherboard to be delivered Highly recommended. Thanks Dave Clark Farmingdale NJ
