If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a car from this dealership in September for our son to use in college. We live out of state, and unfortunately, this has been an ongoing nightmare for the past eight months. We never received the title after the purchase. PLEASE READ!! IT WILL BE WORTH IT! . I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW 8 MONTHS after purchasing a car from Avazi. I surprised my husband with a car from this dealership. It was the exact one he'd wanted for quite a while with (allegedly) only 50,000 miles. I was told it came from Florida. We were very pleased initially as the car was beautiful and handled well. I purchased a 1990 Jeep Cherokee in November 2022. Overall, the process was very positive. I took the Jeep out alone for a test drive and to have a pre-purchase inspection performed. I was never hassled by Avazi asking me when I was going to return (I was gone a while) and Ken even offered to follow me to the car rental agency to return my rental car and then drive me back to the shop which was really excellent customer service. It was a wonderful experience. They help us with all the questions that we have and better yet they make wonders for work with our budget. The card that we purchased was beautiful well maintained And even it was a used car looks like new. We are very happy with the service and definitely we will come back if we need to purchase another vehicle in the future

I made arrangements from Delaware to look at the vehicle while I was visiting the day after Thanksgiving. It was the easiest transaction & car buying experience I've ever made. From test driving, to driving back to DE and my 1st week of ownership...I love my new ride.
