Dr. Mendake is experienced, caring, and thoughtful. She gives each of her patients her full attention. My sessions with her have been highly effective, and I feel so cared for by her!
I initially went in to try acupuncture to help with anxiety 2 years ago. Little did I know, I would be cared for by a holistic doctor who has helped me in SO many ways. Under Dr. Mendake's care, we've worked on reducing anxiety, regulating cycle (pre and post pregnancy), improved gut health, reduced glucose levels related to pre-diabetes, skin health, and body pain/ tension. Dr. Mendake's holistic care and knowledge has changed my life for the better. I highly recommend her!

Dr.Tirtha brings such care and concern to her practice. She helped me immensely in relieving the pain I was experiencing. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the body and along with acupuncture she also uses other methods of healing. I am a Broadway performer with a very physical job. I’m so grateful for the help she gave me. She is fantastic.
