I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Tirtha today. I reached out to her because I was doing IVF treatment our of town in SF and needed a post transfer acupuncture session. She was very quick to respond to my emails and was so kind. We had a zoom consultation prior to my session and she told me to come in whenever I could comfortably get in to see her after the transfer. She saw me even though I went early. Dr. Mendake is experienced, caring, and thoughtful. She gives each of her patients her full attention. My sessions with her have been highly effective, and I feel so cared for by her!
I initially went in to try acupuncture to help with anxiety 2 years ago. Little did I know, I would be cared for by a holistic doctor who has helped me in SO many ways. Under Dr. Mendake's care, we've worked on reducing anxiety, regulating cycle (pre and post pregnancy), improved gut health, reduced glucose levels related to pre-diabetes, skin health, and body pain/ tension. Dr. Mendake's holistic care and knowledge has changed my life for the better. I highly recommend her!
