This property could be better if they did put Elvira Bonilla as the property manager. I had a major situation where a tenant told me in front Elvira Bonilla and Maria Garcia, the property manager and assistant, that "good I was leaving they didn't need my ratchet mess and they love her there." The other tenant wanted a parking spot and when I told her I was not moving she went to get the property manager and they made me move. They fix the problem fast
Everything about Avaya Kingwood is excellent. Nothing subpar! The leasing office team was professional and eager to help in any way they could. The community is peaceful and friendly. The amenities are in great condition and ready to use. We have grocery stores etc literally in walking distance. I’d recommend living here to anyone that is respectful and kind. MY FAMILY MOVED IN MARCH 8, 2025 and we have enjoyed everyday here!
