I like the apartments and hope one comes available in my price range. Of course I saw one that has not be lived in.
Updated Review: July 4,2026. Living at Avaya Kingwood is truly a pleasure for me! I’ve enjoyed the proximity of grocery stores/eateries as well as the apartment itself. The price is a bit high, but what isn’t these days?! I appreciate management and how they assist promptly, however my only issue present-day, as a resident since March of 2023 is the pool area. A lot of cars get broken into here. Security lacking.
