I lived here for a little over a year and here are some of my thoughts: Pros: 1. Good location for an affordable price. 2. Helpful maintenance guy; it’s kind of a hit and miss on how quickly he may respond to your requests but he is good for it. 3. A few of the long term residents that live here are nice and friendly. Cons: 1. No parking ever unless you stay home and don’t go anywhere after 3 pm. Sophia has been extremely helpful and responsive in addressing various concerns. She communicates clearly, follows through, and handles situations with professionalism and care. I truly appreciate her support and dedication as a property manager.

Do not move here. The apartments themselves are a good size but there are so many cons! • I had a very bizarre experience with my items being stolen in my apartment…… 5 items to be exact • Parking is horrible, people that don’t even live here park in the first come first serve parking so if you get off of work after 7:30-8pm you will not find parking • Ever since we moved here I sneeze so much which makes me think they do not clean the vents ( I never sneeze when I’m away from my apartment lol) • The management is basically ... read more

I've been living at Avaya at Town Center for the past seven years, and overall, it's been a great place to call home. Recently, there's been a noticeable shift with younger residents moving in, which has brought some changes to the community atmosphere. However, the apartment manager, Sophia, is doing an excellent job. She's very hands-on and truly committed to bringing the complex back to a well-maintained, comfortable environment for everyone. They don't have enough parking for all residents. Be willing to walk far. The surrounding apartments have plenty of parking and much cleaner atmosphere. You'll get to see it every walk to your car.
