Avatar Property Management was the management company for our subdivision. They were absolutely horrible. Our community neglect finally resulted in our HOA Board and many, many residents voting to fire them in July of 2017. Avatar continously failed to identify, address and enforce Bylaw violations even after the HOA board provided them with a list.
