BEWARE they are terrible. I am paraplegic and had a home fire 02/02/2020. Nothing has happened except they sent people they claim were contractors day after no id on truck no business cards no proof of insurance. We have had three adjusters at different times survey damage and one engineer. We cannot get the adjuster estimates or the engineer report. Meanwhile there is approx 1000 sf of our home under tarps and ceiling drywall falling down in living room and garage with insulation blowing thru home. Also we have no a/c ... read more
Do NOT do business with this insurance company. The worst customer service. Filed a claim 4 months ago, and it is still going on. Never dealt with a company this horrible in my life!!! BEWARE!!! Dora
MI Experencia con Avatar insurance company en Los cuales nunca he recibido ninguna respuesta positiva sabiendo que hay reportes que demuestra danos de vientos dadas por expecialistas ademas de los danos interiores de la casa se han hido incrementando con el paso del tiempo ademas teniendo un bebe de 1 ano y 8 meses que su cuarto ha sido afectado por humedades en las paredes y el techo necesito una respuesta conqreta y positiva para mi reclamo puesto que cada dia con las lluvias esto se puede seguir agrabando
