My condo association was with Avatar for six years. The last from years we were with them, we had eight different managers.. Most of them left because of not getting along with Vice President, Scott Barbera who was a horrible manager, due to the clients and employees. Absolutely nothing got done for them as two years. The maintenance manager couldn't fix anything properly. I'm surprised they're still in business.
