This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The operations of this hotel is totally in a mess. Upon check out, the hotel charged me twice without notifying me. When I reached home, I called them to fix the issue and it took me forever to get the issue resolved. Rooms and food are decent. But it is poorly operated!
Location is great but the stay is crap. The hotel is a glorified motel. The battery to my hotel door died and the staff took forever to get a replacement that caused me multiple trips to and from the front desk on multiple occasions for 1.5 days. They couldn't resolve it since their maintenance crew weren't available. Very slow and poor prioritization on my concern with the electronic keypad issue...
Nice experience and this is second stay!!
