My wife and two daughters and I stayed at this location in June. There was a disturbing incident of a man that appeared to be nude in room 260 watching our teenage daughters, as they sat in the hot tub, from his window. They noticed him and made it known that they saw him. He ducked quick and turned his lights off, just to return to the window and watch them from the shadows. Very nice hotel!
Two nights in a row, my key stopped working early in the morning. I was locked outside at 5am twice in a row now. Super inconvenient and dangerous. I'd take a look at that
Daman was amazing!! I only talked with him over chat, but he was able to help my brother-in-law switch rooms because the other guy had put him in one that was dirty. The hotel itself was really nice though!
Location and rooms are very pleasant, however they allow people in the pool area till 11pm which results in LOUD music and sometimes CURSING that can be heard if your room is facing the pool/courtyard. Basically, the place becomes an after-party post-Niners games. If you do stay here and want peace and quiet, request a room facing away from the pool area.
