Welcome to property was horrible. Room fine. check out better.
Check in time was at 3pm and room was not ready. I asked at 9:50am of early check in was available and they said no so I went about my day. At 3pm they announced check in was available so I went to the front desk and found out my room wasn’t ready yet to wait 10 minutes. So, I went on to wait approximately 10 more minutes as they asked me to wait for that long and they’d assist me after.
