I recently stayed at the Avatar Hotel in Santa Clara and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and efficient. I booked this hotel for a little vacation with my girlfriend, and it blew our expectations away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They offered to help me set up a Hilton account to save up points for potential discounts and free hotels! Everyone in the vicinity was very kind as well, the food was also excellent! Booked a room on whim for a small trip with some friends and got lucky! Staff was so accommodating and friendly! Beds were comfortable and rooms were so nice and clean. Overall a great experience that made my little getaway just right :)
oversold then relocated me to another bad hotel, they provide is not an option,and had no food for hours, and find a solution on spot vs working; And it was super dirty lol, there was an old dirty sock under the bed too haha
