A decent hotel in a very popular location very close to Levi's stadium and great america amusement park. The rooms have a very modern feel to them. But then the furniture layout is very strange, and having a small table would have been extremely helpful. Overall, a great value for what you get. The only disappointing part is their customer service is a bit confusing with front desk, merging straight into a bar. Too expensive, they did not include breakfast and they charged 100 usd extra and I did not know the reason. Bad experience…
Recently stayed 6/26 during the soccer games and the rooms were small and seemed clean but by 9p.m. until 9a.m. we were kept up by the sound of a rat chewing through the wall, and when telling staff they just said even though it's the busy soccer weekend management still took the weekends off and no on could do anything. Will never stay here again!
