My experience thus far with Avatar Home Management has been disappointing. I had to move out of state for graduate school, so I decided to rent my home in the meantime. Micheal S****** seemed to have all the right answers during our first interaction; he claimed he was a lawyer and knew people in high places, so he could quickly get someone evicted if necessary. The allegations purported by Ms. **** are either false or very misleading. Ms. **** was informed I would be her attorney-in-fact. I did not claim to be a lawyer. Our Management Agreement includes a page for a limited Power of Attorney. Ms. **** had that explained to her, and she had to sign that page separately to show she understood I was to be her attorney-in-fact.
