I have been here before to have my eyebrows threaded. The woman that usually does it on Fridays was not there today. Another woman did my eyebrows. I told her that it didn't even look like they were done. I wanted her to fix them. She would not fix them. She also yelled at me and was quite rude. This is not how you treat a customer. I will not be returning. I asked for the manager but was told she was not in.
As an asthmatic who hasn't been able to fully enjoy services at other establishments due to overpowering fumes and clashing scents my first visit here years ago was a gift card from my hubby as he overheard quite a few ladies on the railroad raving about it. It's now the only place I'll use. I'm never choking even when they're busy, the staff is always pleasant professional and overall amazing. They listen to what I want and ask before doing anything I haven't requested. Lots of natural light and never a bad experience!
I love getting pampered here. Finally convinced my husband to come , guess what he loves it just as much n looks forward to it more then he thought he would!! Especially after being in heavy work boots all day long . It's nice to have ur feet taken care of properly n enjoy a well deserved message especially for a hard working man����
I highly recommend Ava Nail and Spa. I have been coming here for years. Every one is friendly and courteous, including Maria, who sets up appointments. I feel that Lee Anne does a wonderful job with waxing and manicures. Every body makes you feel that you are family here.
Best nail place on long island! Should have wrote a great review years ago when I first came. Maria remembers you and treats you like family I feel welcomed every time I come in. Clean, neat,and professional I never feel rushed. Everyone who works there is equally incredible. I drive 45 to come here and won't give anyone else my business. From pedicures to massages this is the place!
Great services from nails-waxing-massages-facials, very clean place & friendly staff!
Keratin manicure is amazing!!!. They allvery nice And friendly.i will have a new spot to pamper myself.
