I would give zero stars if I could. I hate that I have to write this review, but I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did. I went in with my daughter and her friend. Initially, we were all happy with the results when the lashes were first revealed. But within 10 minutes, all of our lashes were bent to our eyelids. My bottom lashes were completely fried. Service and outcome far exceeded my expectations! Ava is SO nice. She is detail oriented and truly cares about giving the client what they want. My brows look amazing and I wish I had come to Ava a long time ago!
Ava is the best she’s a perfectionist and you will not leave without your lashes looking perfect. I’ve worked with lots of different folks and definitely she wins.❤️
This was my first visit to Ava’s and only my second time having my eyelashes done. I was thoroughly impressed! When I arrived the place wasn’t too difficult to find and Ava even sent me a map to ensure I got to the right place. Ava herself was very kind and approachable, talking to me a bit about what I would like to have done in a way that didn’t make me feel pressured, showing me pictures to help make my decision a bit easier.
