I do not recommend. The most unprofessionally run business I’ve ever encountered. There is no consideration for scheduled appointment times. I will say Nora and Ava do good lashes, but everything else is underwhelming. From lack of studio cleanliness, facials that I could do at home, to my eyebrows that are uneven (even after touch up that Ava charged me additional for), not what was promised and now requiring fixing elsewhere. This was my first visit to Ava’s and only my second time having my eyelashes done. I was thoroughly impressed! When I arrived the place wasn’t too difficult to find and Ava even sent me a map to ensure I got to the right place. Ava herself was very kind and approachable, talking to me a bit about what I would like to have done in a way that didn’t make me feel pressured, showing me pictures to help make my decision a bit easier. Can I just say I should have been microblading 3D version a long time ago. I've been literally drawing my eyebrows for probably 3 years and it was very obvious they were fake eyebrows because they were not hair like. The photos show the work itself. I literally went from no eyebrows to having hair like eyebrows with the arch that I wanted. Anybody who's never done microblading before yes she does use a numbing agent. Service and outcome far exceeded my expectations! Ava is SO nice. She is detail oriented and truly cares about giving the client what they want. My brows look amazing and I wish I had come to Ava a long time ago!

I’ve gone to Ava for my lash extensions for over a year now! I love her work, she’s very professional, knows exactly what she’s doing & listens to what I want if I feel like changing my fill a little then delivers perfectly every time!
