Great location but The worst property management
Local 1896 is a nice community. I have had issues with management responsiveness and follow through on move-in offers, though. Before I signed the lease, management confirmed that I’d receive a $750 gift card after 30 days of residence. After almost two months and four emails, I haven’t. Also, it took about five weeks to connect Xfinity, with extra fees. Xfinity was responsive in covering the fees, and let me know they had covered some of the first month’s Internet costs, and that I could work with 1896 to be reimbursed. But... read more
I moved here in July from my large home downtown - and I'm delighted! Lovely landscaping (that I don't have to do myself!) - with a nice variety of trees. There were lovely fall colors from the deciduous trees yet still a lot of green from the evergreens. Well kept pathways. A delight to be able to call on maintenance and have them quickly respond!
