If you are looking for a place to move your loved one, this is IT! Various floor plans to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive to your loved one’s needs. They move quickly and keep the facility running very smoothly. The caregivers are top notch! They truly love the residents and take really great care of them all. I felt the need to share my personal experience with Avista Senior Living as a management company. I was an Executive Director of a senior living community where the management was taken over by Avista Senior Living. I never worked at a place that allowed people to keep their kids, or spouses at the job while they where on the clock. The fact that kids can run around all day, be in residents rooms etc and the Regional acting ED didnt say or do anything is wild. On top of that, propper care isnt even being completed by the caregivers because they are to busy sitting down doing nothing. As you may know by now, the state has cancelled their license, they were sued with at least 19 violations. My mother in law was in this facility for one and a half years and it’s been a struggle from almost day one, this confirms that all her complaints of mistreatment that were frequently ignored by management, were very real. Called to get the basic information. The receptionist named Tia was extremely rude, unprofessional and crude. If this is the first person you have communication with and treated poorly you definitely don't want to continue forward with taking your parents there!
