My Mom just came into the Facility last week. We already enjoy the great activities being shared with my Mom. Great job Tiffany on the plan and execution of the activities for resident involvement.
I'm leaving this review based on my experience attempting to bring a serious concern to the attention of management at this facility. I contacted the facility because I had a concerning interaction involving an employee and wanted to make management aware of the situation. I specifically asked to speak with someone in charge so that I could explain what occurred and provide the information and evidence I had available. I would like to give a gold star to the housekeeper in memory care Antonio he keeps the Halls in the guest bathroom very clean he's the only one I ever seen wipe the baseboards down and the door knobs he's very polite he keeps a smile on his face when he see you he make you feel welcome he's a very sweet person.
I travel the country doing IT work for ALF's, and MC Communities and this Community by far has the best staff I have ever seen! Everyone has a great attitude and truly cares about their residents. This all flows from the top down which comes from the Executive Director Nicole. Great team! Thankful for what you guys do!
Avanti is a great facility for memory care. All of the workers are so good with the residents. Chef Cori prepares some great meals for them. Tiffany is awesome and so cheerful all the time.
