Avanti has done a wonderful job taking care of my dad. The staff cultivates a fun and caring atmosphere. Tiffani engages the residents in fun games, she gets the residents to laugh and participate with her high energy and sense of humor. Ken is very kind and so patient, always helpful. I also want to mention how wonderful Lisa, Jae, Erica, Josh, Nico and Kaveon are. They provide such a fun atmosphere and great communication with my family.
I cannot recommend Avanti Senior Living at Flower Mound for memory care under any circumstances. My father experienced repeated neglect, including poor hygiene care, inconsistent medication management, and being left in soiled adult briefs for long periods. His room and bathroom were rarely cleaned, and laundry was frequently mishandled with belongings often going missing. What a fantastic community of people Alma was so helpful and kind listening to the needs of my family when I walked in they were smiling and greeting me you don't see that many places nowadays.
