I checked in and waited 45 minutes just to be told they were double booked. In no way do I blame the stylist for a software issue, but it would have been nice to be told that upon check-in. I have a feeling no one would have said anything if I didn't ask for an update 30 minutes into waiting.

Awful experience, I have tried to schedule 2 haircuts, and both have been cancelled about an hour before based on being too busy, yet when I drive by they have 3 cars in the lot. Not worth the wait or struggle.

I have never paid so much money to have my hair not turn out the way I asked. Everyone was very nice, but this salon experience costed me hundreds of dollars and I was in tears for hours over the result of my hair. I came in very blonde with a lot of root grow out. I said I loved my blonde hair, but I wanted it to be a bit easier to keep up with, so we decided some highlights and some lowlights to make the grow out blend better. I see Amanda for my pedicures and Christina for hair. I love going here, and these ladies feel like family to me! This salon also has cute accessories, I have purchased a few unique hair clips and earrings here.
