I tried to email and did not hear anything back. So then I tried calling where I was directed by an automated message to text for availability. Okay, so I texted the number. A whole day goes by where I hear nothing so I send a follow up text. I finally get a response and the day that I requested isn't available. Casey is excellent and very good at explaining the process when I was going back and forth with laminating my eyebrows. She was patient and did not push me to get anything I wasn’t sure of. I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed and laminated and loved it! I also got an eyelash lift and tint and it didn’t take the first time and she was determined to get it the next time around. I appreciate her patience and overall kindness, best service there is!
I had delightful experience and a relaxing setting. Nice outcome with a much needed eye brow cleanup. Highly recommend.
