The neighbors are smoking in the apartment and the management team has failed to address the issue after two months and constant reminders that we do not wish to expose our infant daughter to this. We can put up with the neighbors blasting music at odd hours but the smoking if illicit substances around our child is the deciding factor on why this apartment complex receives a one star review.
This is a new community of < 5 years old. It is a very well designed, and with high-quality, spacious interiors, and all upgraded amenities - it very well constructed and featured with walk in closets, granite counter-tops, all stainless steel appliances - gas cooker/stove. It is a safe and secure environment with well kept grounds and nicely landscaped verges, gardens and walking areas. Very nice property indeed.
