They are charging me $124.54 to clean my spotless apartment after Ive moved out. $35.00 JUST FOR REPAIRING A FEW NAIL HOLES!! lol ridiculous. Ive had nothing but problems with this place nickle-and-diming me to death.. just dont do it.
This is the first time in 60 years I have lived alone (wife is in a nursing home) and the first time in 60 years I have lived in an apartment. Avanti Hills is a near-perfect place for me, very quiet, everything works, privacy is excellent, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and employees are always helpful.
I love this place. The facilities, the apartment itself, the location and, most important, the staff, under the able leadership of Evonne love, the manager , combine to make this a first rate place. My husband and I both love living here!
Beautiful luxury Apartment Homes you would die to come too every day. A must see and convenient to shopping as well.
