I received a text message stating they would be at my home at 8:00pm, I called and the rep didn’t sound like she knew what she was saying… I asked her to please contact the driver as I had waited all day to give my elderly mother her meds before bedtime. I asked to be called on my cell phone, apparently he got to my home at 9:44pm no call, as I was promised they’d call when outside. I looked through my camera andas I went to open he was already gone. Not happy at all with this RX service.

My problem with Avanti is that they ignore my request when I ask to identity what are the names of the meds in the packet breakfast, noon, evening and bedtime they just will not tell me my wife takes a lot of meds and we do not know what pill is what. Very disappointed tom
