Do not use this company! My dad has been left without heart medication because they did not properly fill his prescription. I have been calling for over two weeks and sent an email but have received no response. One of the two times I was able to get a representative on the line, they sent the incorrect medication to the incorrect address. My dad is still without his medication and no one has called me back. This is unacceptable.
I have no idea how this place stays open because it’s a horrible establishment
I received a text message stating they would be at my home at 8:00pm, I called and the rep didn’t sound like she knew what she was saying… I asked her to please contact the driver as I had waited all day to give my elderly mother her meds before bedtime. I asked to be called on my cell phone, apparently he got to my home at 9:44pm no call, as I was promised they’d call when outside. I looked through my camera andas I went to open he was already gone. Not happy at all with this RX service.
