The managers at Avanti couldn't care less about their customers. Never had anything against the place until I had a horrible experience with the staff and GM working here. The management is complete crap. I will not be going back, check out the Zeppelin Station once it opens.

I would like to back this conversation up just a bit, because you left out the details which ultimately led to you being escorted out by our security team, due to your combativeness, threats, and overall inability to control your emotions. Regional Restaurant has great food and service. The mussels and salad were prepared when ordered and were perfect. Staff was friendly. Going back!
I ordered a drink and an employee named David noticed my glass was cracked upon me leaving the bar. (I had not noticed)...he insisted on getting me another drink with a non-cracked glass. Give. This. Guy. A. Raise. �
