Moving, I explored this location and was impressed! I met with the manager, Louise. We toured several units, I like the difference floor plans. If my job of assigns me to this area of town I will definitely sign a lease there at Avanti.
So I took a tour and can’t believe how wonderful the property manager greeted me. Her patience and kindness was the best. You can tell that she is on top of making changes and are working on a lot of their issues, like everything else Things take time , But you can see the process. thumbs up To Jessica For the wonderful welcome and the caring she has for the resident.
The complex is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Louise is amazing friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. Highly recommend!
Avanti is under new management with Four Star and they are really on top of things. Louise is the property manager and she is absolutely fantastic! All of my issues have been addressed and I love the community.
