I wish I could give them less then 1 stars. By far one of the worst places I've ever lived. Couldn't wait to leave here when my lease was over. the property manager and the administrative assistant are terrible at managing the property. I've personally have had to deal with other peoples trash laying everywhere, dirt and leaves all over the entrances of the building and the laundry room steams up and the fire alarm goes off everytime someone washes, bugs and mice in the apartment. My cousin lives here and I know they don’t treat their residents with much respect. I’d literally recommend going anywhere else or you’ll have to deal with issues completely on your own. They never take any accountability.
Do not rent here! I have had sewage backup issues with my apartment. The administrative assistant in charge of my property has been gaslighting me and has been extremely condescending to me, the response time for fixing the issue with my toilet and bathtub has been extremely slow. If you want to get out of your lease, they will charge you heavily, even though it is clear they are violating the terms of my lease. I went to speak with Dustin and he was amazing, he took the time to help me find an apartment and gave me all the details. I appreciate your guys's hard work. Definitely need more people like this in this community.
