Quiet and clean apartments. The on site manager is very helpful even after hours. Just moved in and everything has been great.
Avanti Apartments I have been living here for 1 yr 5 months. I’m the new On site manager. I love this quiet ,safe and well maintained community. The people here are friendly .The laundry room is nice ,clean and affordable. Pool is well maintained. Landscaping is well maintained . Bus line is within walking distance. Stores like Walmart market , Winn co are within 2 miles. Nice place to raise a family. Parking is very limited. Marcellis
If i could give it a ZERO i would. The two people in the office is a joke!! Monica is always so busy could never answer/ help any situation. Its obvious that they are talking about you when you walk in the door and both of them just shut up and stare at you! Funny how when they want to inform you about something they expect you to get it but when you report about certain things they ignore you. Don't get me started about the fake laundry prices!! I wouldn't recommend living here at all! I've lived in apartments my whole life and this place is the worst! The management here are very rude and unhelpful. And the maintenance don't do their job right. I'm saying this to help you all out! I thought this place was a good idea when I first moved in and it's been a horrible experience. Please don't be like me, do your proper research before find yourself a place.
