Posting this again, because it looks like they deleted my original review. Worst place to work, DO NOT let them manipulate you into working here. It’s very micro managing and they are very manipulative. They accused me of time theft when I was having issues with their computer that I PROVED. I had to put on a fake happy face and smile after some of the most traumatizing calls I’ve had, or risk being written up. This job sucks the life out of you, and they will blame YOU for it. Horrible place to work for, toxic culture, masquerading as friendly. They don't care for their employees at all, and never follow their own policies or even their own mission statement. They also can't keep any employees for this reason.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! I know many of my friends who have and I will tell you what I learned. 0. My best friend got really depressed working there. I will leave it at that for this one. 1. One of my friends that I know was 3 seconds late before his shift (I am not being sarcastic, but literally only 3 seconds). And he got a citation for it. Get 3 citations and you are immediately fired. 2. No flexibility, you have to ask days off 4 months in advance, and you have to work one day of the weekend no matter what. Worst nightmare ever. They are clueless, almost costing us a major account. We tried to cut over monitoring services to avantguard, we had a major 3 building installation and thought we could start with them on the new installation before migration. Their central station and setup team gave us the wrong receiver information. It took them over a week to find their mistakes. I will not recommend them.
