Our kitchen faucet started leaking at the base every time we turned it on. Avantel Plumber sent a technician to our Lawrence home who found a worn-out cartridge and replaced it within the same visit. He also checked under the sink for any related leaks before wrapping up. Efficient and courteous service.

Had a leak forming where our washing machine hoses connect to the wall, only caught it because of a small water stain nearby. Replaced both hoses even though only one was leaking, said it’s better to do them together since they wear at the same rate.

I had a plumbing problem pop up unexpectedly in Lecompton and needed same day plumbing, so I was a bit stressed. The team arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and got straight to work. They explained what was causing the issue and had it fixed before the day was over. It was such a relief to have reliable service without the usual waiting around.
