My hair had gotten longer than I thought. Chloe asks questions that help her understand the cut I want before we start. I thought I only needed 2-3 inches cut off, but Chloe understood the look I was going for and instead of leaving it the way I asked, during the cut, she asked if I might want more cut off, and visually showed me where my hair would lay, so we cut off 3-4 inches. I love my cut! It has just the right bounce! Thank you Chloe for taking the time to really understand what I was looking for, You’re awesome!
