I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from the receptionist was quite poor and only reinforced my decision not to return. I do not recommend adding the “styling” option at the end of the service. This place is pathetic. They charge $49 for blow drying your hair and call it "styling". When the incompetent stylist (Sara) fails at their job, not knowing what they're doing, they'll blame it on your hair type. They were cursing, talking down on their customer after they left because they weren't satisfied with blow drying as styling. Horrible quality work with pitiful, pathetic, people running the place.
