The staff is full of amazing people. Thank you for all that you do. The residents are well cared for 24/7.
It's not the worst place but certainly not the best. Some of the staff were very caring and some didn't seem to care about the patients as much as just getting a paycheck. You could see the difference in how they approached their jobs. I would like to leave names but probably not appropriate to do so. With any nursing/rehab center, the family must be very observant, visit often and ask for what you need done without being rude or picky. Don't have them wash your laundry! I lost two shirts and my black pants came back brown!
Do not send your loved one here!! My grandfather went here on two separate times and he almost died twice! They don't care about their patients at all! My grandpa couldn't get up and they never rolled him over or got him out of bed, he ended up having bed sores all over him!! He was also dehydrated and no one even came to his room to take care of him. If I could give no stars I would but I can't!!! Please don't send anyone here unless you want them to get sicker!!!
