Robin Bansal, APRN is my PCP at Avanta Clinic in Glastonbury , CT. I am very pleased with the care I have been provided by my PCP and highly recommend Robin Bansal as she listens and provides excellent feedback and recommendations to me regarding my health. My former PCP retired and highly recommended Avanta Clinic to me based on their high level of care. I have now been a patient of Robin Bansal for three years and am so pleased with the respect and high level patient care provided to me as a senior person.
My wife and I both have come here for several years for primary care and couldn’t be happier with the care we get.
I'm so angry I will have to come back to write this review. After three years as a patient at this moment all I can say is stay away.
Office staff have consistently been unprofessional (in regards to billing practices, appointments, voicemail). Loved my provider, but departing from her due to the staff.
Reasonable rates, knowledgeable staff and friendly receptionists. Will likely visit again.
