I bought a Groupon last year on a promotion. I Used it and the service was good but the prices were way high compared to other competitors. I recently bought another Groupon and she wouldn’t honor it. Yes, it says “one per person” but it doesn’t say FOR LIFE. Or not valid if you’ve used another promotion before. This was a completely new/separate Groupon/promotion. I had the most wonderful experience at AMA Medical & Wellness Center today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so warm, cozy, and welcoming....like a little oasis. They are not professionals at all. They rescheduled my appointment for the second time and I am here waiting and no one is showing up, they don’t even have the door open. I feel so upset for their unprofessional service!! Update: I waited 40 min to see a way to solve the issue. Unfortunately staff is rude. My experience at Avante Aesthetics was utterly unprofessional, disorganized, and felt like a high-pressure scam from start to finish. The initial consultation was bizarre and awkward; the nurse barely examined my skin, focusing instead on a hard sales pitch for expensive proprietary serums (around $170 each), claiming they were mandatory for the procedure.
