I had the most wonderful experience at AMA Medical & Wellness Center today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so warm, cozy, and welcoming....like a little oasis. Mary greeted me with the biggest smile and instantly made me feel at ease. She is genuinely kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and so passionate about what she does. My experience at Avante Aesthetics was utterly unprofessional, disorganized, and felt like a high-pressure scam from start to finish. The initial consultation was bizarre and awkward; the nurse barely examined my skin, focusing instead on a hard sales pitch for expensive proprietary serums (around $170 each), claiming they were mandatory for the procedure. They are not professionals at all. They rescheduled my appointment for the second time and I am here waiting and no one is showing up, they don’t even have the door open. I feel so upset for their unprofessional service!! Update: I waited 40 min to see a way to solve the issue. Unfortunately staff is rude. Avantè Medical Aesthetics is really great! The team was super friendly and made me feel so welcome, like being with friends. I had an outstanding experience and felt like they really cared about what I needed. If you want a place that's comfy and makes you feel special, this is it!
