I had the most wonderful experience at AMA Medical & Wellness Center today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so warm, cozy, and welcoming....like a little oasis. Mary greeted me with the biggest smile and instantly made me feel at ease. She is genuinely kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and so passionate about what she does. Mary at Advante is truly exceptional—her compassion and dedication to her patients are clear and deeply appreciated. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice doesn’t reflect the same level of care. Billing issues are frequent, often involving double charges with the explanation that a payment was ‘declined’ and then reprocessed. Scheduling follow-ups is consistently difficult, and getting prescriptions filled turns into a frustrating process with constant excuses and no accountability. While Mary is outstanding... read more
