I have thick naturally curly hair. I came to this salon last year for my first haircut since having a baby. The lady who did my hair before (who has curly hair herself) was overbooked, so I tried someone new. The stylist did not understand my hair at all! She asked if I wanted a blowout and I said no, just scrunch it up. I let it air dry naturally. She brushed my hair before washing it, told me my hair was not coarse, and proceeded to brush each strand of hair top and bottom and the top of my head numerous times with a brush... read more
