Andrea is amazing! I have long thick hair that was desperate for a trim and Andrea did an excellent job adding long layers as requested. The hair wash and blowout was also well done and the Aveda products seem great. I’ll be back and will ask for Andrea. The salon itself was clean, updated and comfortable with great service.
I walked in asking for a style and was turned away because their books are full. If they had their policies and hours posted on their windows, it would have saved me an hour of waiting for them to open just to be told no. Also, the website doesn't say that appointments are preferred. Although I left disappointed, I will give them two stars because the young lady at the counter was really kind.
