Poor Customer Service A Mother's Day delivery item was forgotten and I did not feel that anyone tried to rectify the situation. They did not attempt to re-deliver. All that I got was, "I'm sorry". And I am still waiting for my refund from the original order while they managed to re-charge me for the portion that was delivered. The customer service is very poor.
Beautiful Flowers, Wonderful Florist and Great Prices Avant Garden has a wonderful selection of flowers with very reasonable prices. Allan, the owner, showed me wonderful arrangements to choose from for my wedding day. I explained the colors I wanted and he did the rest. I was on a budget and the staff worked with me to have the most beautiful arrangements. Lovely florist, a little pricey This florist has lovely flowers and they always have fresh products. However, in comparison to the other local shops, they seem to be a little more expensive. Also, the location on Calder way makes it more difficult to access than other local florists as well. Overall, good products and nice people, but may not be the best choice for flowers in State College.

The whole shop smells like flowers although you will see just one small refridgerated case of flowers when you enter the store.
