COMPANY MARKING WORK ORDERS COMPLETED WITHOUT ACTUALLY FIXING THINGS. It is illegal . And i will be taken Legal action , Anthony. Train your STAFF TO STOP HANGING UP THE PHONE ON PAID TENANTS. . This isn’t a good look and you will have to answer to this eventually . YOUR STAFF, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
They made me move during the middle of my lease to another more expensive unit, that wasn't professionally cleaned post construction with construction dust everywhere. Then after moving out they said my unit wasn't cleaned properly and charged me more. Must be nice to show no proof of cleaning issues and give yourself a nice Christmas bonus with my money. Do not rent from these scammers!!!

They understand that real estate is a local business and that technology helps but cannot replace human contacts with tenants. The team is honest and friendly and I recommend them.

I have been waiting four months for a maintenance request. I went three months without hot water for the same reason. They also raised my rent by over $900 in a year. I asked for a lease and was told no.
