I think Mick needs to be a little more clear on his services. I called and ask for a quote for a one time extermination, something he claims to do on his website, and he (very quickly and condescendingly) told me that he charges a lot and doesn’t think it’s what I’m looking for. He doesn’t even know what exactly I’m looking for. He asked me if it was for one time, I said yes. Why not ask more questions to figure out what I need instead of just pushing me off? Just very odd.
