Friendly and knowledgeable
I was told I had to pay extra for having astigmatism?? Which everyone has to some degree or another… I asked multiple optometrist following visit..and they confirmed they never heard of a such thing. The representative advised, she couldn’t continue with appointment unless I agreed to pay extra??? I was unsure if she was being racist ..honestly didn’t know how to react other than declining service .. I further asked is this per insurance or company policy.. she advised per my insurance..again later found out was a total lie…... read more

I ran into an issue with my employer’s insurance, and Martha Garza, the Chief Operating Officer, went above and beyond—personally contacting both my employer and the insurance provider to resolve everything smoothly.
