Joseph Hailey is a staff member of Avant-Garde MGMT that manages Park Square Condominium. He fits right in with the racist board members of this community. I have been the President of the Tres Belle Board of Director's for the past two years. Our Board is extremely happy with Liz Diaz and her staff as our Property Management Company. We find Liz to be highly professional and knowledgeable in her field. She has been very responsive and helpful to the Board of Directors and our residents. We have had several different property management companies in the nine year that I have been a resident, and she has been the best by far!
As a Board member and non- Board member for/in Tres Belle HOA, I cannot recommend A-V. Liz Diaz, the owner of A-V, has yelled at some Homeowners in Tres Belle (documented), some Homeowners have described her as rude, nasty and condescending (I have documentation) which I have experienced both as a Board member and non Board Homeowner. Most importantly when Liz presented a fining case of $1,000 to the Board she was asked if the Homeowner had contacted her about his fine, she said no, failing to disclose the fact th... read more
