Have been going here for a few years, had to cancel most recent appointment day of due to sickness and was charged a cancellation fee. I get the policy but refusing to waive the fee for the first offense when my entire family goes here seems so foolish and lacks common sense. Will be finding a new dentist, absolute joke of a policy and lack of empathy was such a massive turn off.
Dr. Gershkovich is an outstanding dentist who truly cares about his patients. I was in pain and was seen by the doctor immediately. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The doctor and his staff were excellent .
