I must say, after living in a few condos before moving to Avant Garde I immediately saw the difference in this community and knew I made the best decision in choosing Avant Garde to make my home away from home/ vacation home. THE WORSE PLACE YOU CAN CHOOSE LISA THE MANAGER OF WEST BUILDING IS REALLY "RUDE" SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TREAT WITH PEOPLE, KARINA THE SECURITY NEEDS TO LEARN HUMAN RELATIONS, YOU ASK SOMETHING AND SHE SUPPOSED SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT. MY FIRST FLP BILL WAS $310.00. ELECTRICITY IS TOO EXPENSIVE IN THAT CONDO AND VERY UNPROFFESIONAL PERSONNEL.
