Tried to develop a house plan. Paid in advance whatever they asked. It took them more than 3 months to come up with the initial sketch (just the general outline). Multiple delays. We got so frustrated that we gave up the plan of building the house and went ahead and bought a house. Avoid this designer if you don't want to loose your peace of mind.

This is the second house Michelle has designed for us with MPM Homes. Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable. Her attention to every detail continues to impress me. She was able to capture all our innovations plus more! The turnaround time was almost immediate. We are very fortunate to have her skill set in Corpus Christi.
