Dr. James is the best! I love working out and staying active, and he’s been such a great resource in helping me do that safely and improve my mobility. He gives me exercises and stretches to incorporate into my routine and provides feedback on my form to help prevent injuries. Best chiropractor experience I've had! I've been seeing Dr. James for a couple months now, and it's been 5 stars every time. Super friendly, thorough, doesn't rush through my appointment, genuinely wants to help me be at my best. Always enjoy our conversations too. Big fan, highly recommend!
